Britney Gonsalves

Hi! I’m Britney, your MommyFit Instructor. I became a NASM Certified Personal Trainer in 2005 and worked for gyms such as 24 Hour Fitness and World Gym. I am a NASM Certified Women’s Fitness Specialist and NASM Certified Fitness Nutrition Specialist, and most recently YOGA-SHRED Certified!

I worked as a trainer through college, until I graduated with my Bachelor’s and became a Registered Nurse. I am passionate about helping people and love both training and nursing! After my son was born, my husband and I decided for me to become a stay at home mom. I began teaching a group of moms I met in our neighborhood shortly after we relocated to Temecula. The group evolved and grew, and MommyFit was born!

I have made the most amazing mommy friends, and have so much fun every class! My son and daughter couldn’t be happier to have 5 playdates a week with all their friends! MommyFit has been such a blessing for all of us, and I can’t wait to help YOU reach YOUR goals.

Marci Robinson

Marci is a group fitness instructor and Mama to a feisty little girl named Elle. She found her love for fitness when she discovered a Barre studio and immediately became obsessed! Marci brings her years of Barre experience, love for fun music and passion to motivate fellow Mama’s, to her MommyFit classes!

I am so excited for you to join this amazing group of Moms and Kids!

Hillary Nystrom

California native, Hillary Nystrom has been dancing since the age of 5. She is classically trained in Ballet, Modern and Jazz and received her degree in dance from California State University Long Beach. In 2009 she found a “barre” class and was instantly hooked. The fusion of dance and high intensity movement is the perfect balance for a great full body workout.

She has been married to her husband Drew for 6 years and they have 2 beautiful children; Emalynn (3) and William (1). In January of 2018 she found MommyFit and instantly knew she found her village. When the opportunity came about to become the barre instructor for MommyFit she jumped at the opportunity. She became certified through American Barre Technique and has been leading class since. Her passion of dance, living a healthy lifestyle and being a mom of 2 shows in her classes and she hopes that you will come “bend stretch” with her soon!

Amanda Foley

Amanda has been an active member of MommyFit for 5 years and currently, is very much enjoying her new role as a MommyFit instructor. She also works part time as a registered nurse at a women’s hospital in San Diego. Most importantly, Amanda is a loving momma to her two beautiful daughters, Emma and Shelby. She is looking forward to meeting lots of new mommies and mommies-to-be and showing them all the amazing benefits MommyFit has to offer! “You are strong, you are beautiful, you are capable, you are amazing. All you have to do is believe it!”

Jade San Nicolas

Hi! I’m Jade San Nicolas and a mother of three; Kennedy (3 1/2), Reagan (16 months) and my bonus boy Jayden (9). I found MommyFit when Kennedy was an infant and fell in love with the opportunity to workout with other mothers while keeping my babies by my side. I’ve always had a passion for fitness and am beyond excited to share my love and knowledge with other mommies.

After graduating high school, I went to school to be an EMT where I became passionate for helping people, and in a few short years, I became a paramedic. After having Kennedy, I had a hard time leaving her for work, and then when Reagan came along my Husband and I agreed I would be a stay at home mom. I am excited to be a part of MommyFit where my children can come to work with me!

Ingrid Garcia

Originally from Mexico, Ingrid is a mama to a 2 yr old sweet little girl named Zoe. She started dancing at age 4. Zumba finally came along and combined her two passions: teaching and dancing. In 2012, she became a licensed Zumba fitness instructor, and she is also certified as an ACE group fitness instructor. Teaching dance classes has allowed Ingrid the opportunity to share her love of dance and fitness with a wide range of people, her class fuses creative choreography to various styles of music, and is accessible to all levels, she has even taught elementary school age children.

She considers dancing such a fun workout where you can smile, sing, dance and sweat, not even realizing an hour has passed and you just got in a great workout!

Crystal St. John

Crystal is a Colorado native however has fully embraced southern California as her home. She loves people and grew up dancing and singing and received her bachelors degree from the University of Colorado at Boulder in Psychology with a minor in dance, then later continued her studies and completed her Masters in Marriage and Family therapy from Azusa Pacific University. Throughout her academic career Crystal worked as a personal trainer and group fitness instructor which further drover her passion for people and wellness. Crystal now practices full time as a local therapist specializing in Women’s issues including perinatal and permpartum care and support, eating disorder and body image issues, PTSD couples and teens. She’s extremely passionate about helping people thrive and live healthy lives physically, mentally and spiritually.

Crystal has been married to her husband Adam for 4 years and they have one Son Tatum Jackson who is just under a year old. She recently joined the MommyFit community and is SO excited to get onboard and support other fellow mama’s in their fitness and motherhood journey. Crystal is certified through American Fitness Professionals Association with her personal training certification and is currently in process of obtaining her pre and post natal Fitness specialization certification. She’s eager to support other mother’s in their journeys through all stages of motherhood and can’t wait to see you in class! Mommy and Me Fit Class – is a dynamic and interactive group class that incorporates cardio and strength training all while bonding with your little and engaging them in the process. Great class for early bonding with your infant however, you can incorporate you little one at all stages and ages! You can wear or hold your infant as your work through the different movements and exercises, or if your little is older you can engage them by encouraging them to mimic and join in the exercise fun. Each class will start with a positive intention and motivation to support mother’s at all stages, and through the beautiful journey of wellness through motherhood.

Alicia Jones

I live in wine country on a farm where we provide sanctuary to rescued animals. I practice earthing daily and enjoy meditation in our labyrinth. Working with children is my passion. We have just started a enrichment center in Temecula, where I get to lead interested children in a short asana practice every morning.

I fell in love with the practice of yoga in 2005. In 2017 I joined the Shraddhaa school of Yoga to deepen my study so I can better share the practice with others.
