Weight Training

Weight training is a class where we focus on strengthening different muscle groups by bringing the muscle group to fatigue with repetitions and sets. We utilize dumbbells and body weight in this 60 minute class. Each weight training class is designed to be challenging and fun and different every time you come to prevent a plateau.

High Intensity Interval Training (HIIT)

HIIT is a 30 minute organized form of training with repeated bouts of short duration, high-intensity exercise intervals mixed with periods of lower intensity intervals of active recovery. It includes challenging work-rates such as sprints, or squat jumps for short time frames lasting from thirty seconds to one minute followed by a less intense activity.

F.I.R.E – Fierce Interval Resistance Exercise

F.I.R.E. is a class designed to get your heart rate soaring and to boost your day. It is a series of high output intervals mixed with short rest periods allowing your body to reach its peak performance. You will be pushed and challenged but it will allow you to take on whatever the day has to offer you. Stay Fierce Ladies!

Circuit Training & Boxing Circuit

Circuit training and boxing circuit involves a series of exercises performed in rotation with minimal rest, using various pieces of exercise equipment, such as the stability ball, medicine ball, pull up bar, TRX® Band, and more. It is a functional, total-body conditioning workout designed for moms with their kids right by their side. Each 60-minute workout is comprised of strength training, cardio and boxing moves while staying in place next to your child. Cards are handed out to each mom and as each circuit is completed the cards are handed over allowing for moms to stay in place but enjoy exercise in the form of a circuit. The boxing circuit adds the boxing station to our circuit where you learn to punch the bag and a get a great workout!

Barre

Barre is an amazing class taught by a certified American Barre Technique® instructor. ABT is a ballet inspired, low impact, aerobic class that fuses fluid balletic movements with small staccato actions to trigger hard to work muscles. ABT tones and sculpts the outer physique into a lean dancer’s shape. This fitness class is perfect for women and men of all ages and strength levels and can be taken at your own pace with an increase in difficulty or at a modified level. Increase your flexibility, tone and tighten your physique, increase endurance, improve balance and find a deeper sense of inner strength with ABT.

Pilates

Pilates is a great class to improve your core strength and flexibility. The small controlled movements and body weight exercises build strength and muscle endurance. This class focuses on fine motor movements and deep core engagement, to give you amazing results!

yoga

Yoga-Shred® – Inspired

Yoga-Shred class is a perfect blend of yoga and HIIT, or high intensity interval training. Yoga works on mostly slow-twitch fibers, which build stamina and endurance for longer holding. HIIT targets fast-twitch muscle fibers that yoga does not. This class is a 60-minute workout including cardio, strength, balance, and flexibility training. The class begins with yoga, slowly turns into a HIIT workout (or yoga-shred) and ends with another calm relaxing yoga session before you begin your day.

Running Club

Running club is for those who love running or those who want to start running. Our club makes running fun and motivates people to push through their goals and set new ones. Some moms push their children in strollers while some of the older children are welcome to ride bikes or scooters by our side.

Mom’s Got Rhythm

Mom’s Got Rhythm is a 45 minute cardio dance class that mixes latin and international music to create a dynamic, high impact, and fun cardio workout. No dance experience required. This high energy class emphasizes moving to the music and having a good time. Dance routines feature interval aerobic training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt your core, arms, legs, back, and glutes. The class intensity can easily be modified to meet your needs. Join the Party!

Mommy and Me

Mommy and Me Fit Class is a dynamic and interactive group class that incorporates cardio and strength training all while bonding with your little and engaging them in the process. Great class for early bonding with your infant however, you can incorporate you little one at all stages and ages! You can wear or hold your infant as your work through the different movements and exercises, or if your little is older you can engage them by encouraging them to mimic and join in the exercise fun. Each class will start with a positive intention and motivation to support mother’s at all stages, and through the beautiful journey of wellness through motherhood.
